13. Replay Any DLMM Position | Time Machine
A walkthrough of the Position Time Machine on DLMM KING (https://dlmmking.com/): pick a live book from the 30-day leaderboard, generate a candle replay for 5,000 KING (about a dollar at recording), slow it to 0.25x, and download a PNG or the full movie. The clip uses a DJT stock position with about $130 of fee PnL on $323 of liquidity over 20 days. DLMM Clan is an independent DeFi LP education community for EVM chains, distinct from Meteora on Solana.

Summary
DLMM Clan is an independent DeFi liquidity-provider education community for EVM chains, distinct from Meteora, which is a DLMM protocol on Solana. In this walkthrough, CryptoCroco shows the Position Time Machine on DLMM KING (https://dlmmking.com/), live on Robinhood Chain and Base. From the 30-day leaderboard he opens a Donald J. Trump Media (DJT) stock position that had about $130 of fee PnL on $323 of liquidity over 20 days, then generates a candle-by-candle replay of how that wallet reshaped. Generate costs 5,000 KING (about a dollar at recording) after a data check, with very low gas. He slows playback to 0.25x to show the buy, upside sell, size-up into fee prints, spike exit, swing reposition, and loss cap, then downloads the PNG and movie at any speed with no extra KING.

Intro: Position Time Machine on DLMM KING
DLMM KING pushed a new feature called the Position Time Machine, which they pushed on Robinhood Chain as well as on Base Chain. Today, I want to show you how you can use that on any position there, so you can see exactly what traders did over a certain period of time since the position was opened to replicate their strategies later on and learn from how they get to their profits.
The material presented in this tutorial and accompanying presentation is intended for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial advice. Any investment decisions or positions you take are solely at your own risk.
What the Time Machine shows
So let's get right into it. DLMM KING announced yesterday their Position Time Machine on X. You can see it here, and you can see how these time machines at the end look. So for every position, you can then pull this out and you will see how it performed in PnL as well as in fee earnings over a period of time.
Finding a position on the 30-day leaderboard
I think this is super interesting, and now I'm going to go to DLMM KING and show you exactly how you can pull this time machine on any position you find interesting. So I'm here now. I click on DLMM KING. I am here in the leaderboard. This is where you generally land on the website, and there I filtered for the past 30 days. And you can see in the past 30 days, most trades have happened on Robinhood.
The DJT stock example
And if I look at this, I think there are a couple of interesting positions. I, right now, I want to choose a stock because I want to see something that has been open for a bit longer. So this is Donald J. Trump Media. That's the stock trade on the Nasdaq, which you can also trade on Robinhood. Now, we can see this position. It made a PnL of 130 dollars, and this is actually the fee revenue with just a liquidity position of 323 dollars. So this has been generated over the past 20 days. This was a huge fee revenue on a stock, and I want to see what exactly happened here. I can open here to get a first idea so I can see how the position looks now, but this doesn't tell me yet, well, how did this position change over time together with the chart?
Opening the Position Time Machine
For this here, this is the feature. This is the Position Time Machine. I simply click it, and then a pop-up appears. Now I can decide which kind of interval, what kind of candles do I want, one-hour candles, 50-minute candles. I think one hour is good. I can choose any time period, but in this case, I will choose what is already selected, open for 20 days. Now, to generate this, this costs me 5,000 KING token. That's the access token of DLMM KING. This is roughly like a dollar right now, so it's a no-brainer for me if I want to see what this trader did to just pay this and see the outcome. I'm going to click here.
Data check, pay, and the zigzag replay
So what it does first is it checks all the data that it has everything to generate it, and only then you need to pay. And you can see the gas fees for this is very low, so there are no high gas fees associated to it. And there you go. This is now the outcome. I can see how this position has reshaped over time, and you can really see how it took these swings up and then traded them down again, always with a zigzag move. I think this is really interesting to see.
Slow the playback
And now, if this goes too fast for you, you can now click down here to see different speeds. So I, for example, say this was a bit too fast for me in the beginning, so I'm going to click the 0.25 and play it again. Now, this shows it very slowly. Okay, it started, it bought the token, the DJ Trump Media first, and then it sold it off on the upside, and then it reshaped downwards the profits it made to trade it back. Now, you can see here, as the price pushes up, it increased the position, so increased overall liquidity because the fee earnings that you can see on the left side have been very well. They have been printing a lot of fees on this volatility. And now what happens is there's a huge spike up. He manages to sell everything off and then repositions again to make this swing trade on the stock itself. So you don't just earn fees, you also earn while you swing trade the stock. Now, he leaves this zigzag, I think, all the way until the end, if I see right. Look down there, he capped his losses on case the DJT stock will fall below here, that he will not lose more than that.
Join the DLMM Clan
I invite you to join me in my community, the DLMM Clan. There are so many resources, tutorials, opportunity trackers, tools, people you can ask questions to, and weekly meetups where you can find like-minded people like you and I.
Buying the bear market dip just feels so much better doing it together. I am speaking out of my own experience, especially in the bear market where you're unsure, knowing others are around you is really helpful. The clan is 100% free and open to anyone who's joining right now. I think this is really interesting. You can use this now for social media, but also just for yourself from a learning perspective. I think this is really nice to see how do successful wallets reposition during trading.
Download the PNG or movie
Now, what this also allows you to do is download this. So you can download just the PNG, but also you can download the whole movie. And you can do this in different speeds. So for example, this one, 0.25x of the speed, I found very insightful. I'm going to download this one.
And then you can also download it at any speed you want. It doesn't cost any extra tokens because everything has been generated already, so the RPC costs that occurred have already been paid. So I'm just going to download it on any timeframe and then later on use this to post the video. Hope you found this insightful. Until next time.
FAQ
What is the Position Time Machine on DLMM KING?
It is a generated replay of one live position: candles on the chart plus how the book reshaped over the same window, with PnL and fee earnings. DLMM KING shipped it on Robinhood Chain and Base so you can see what a trader did since the position opened, not only how it looks now.
How do you generate a Time Machine, and what does it cost?
From a position, click Position Time Machine, pick a candle interval (one-hour in the video) and a time window (open for 20 days in the clip), then generate. It costs 5,000 KING, the access token of DLMM KING, about a dollar at recording. The tool checks that it has the data first; you pay only after that check. Gas in the clip was very low.
Why use the 30-day leaderboard before you generate?
You want a book that has been open long enough to have a path. CryptoCroco filtered the past 30 days (most flow on Robinhood in that recording) and picked DJT because it had been open about 20 days, with about $130 of fee revenue on $323 of liquidity. The live snapshot showed the current zigzag, not how it got there.
What did the DJT replay show at 0.25x?
The wallet bought DJT first, sold into the upside, reshaped profits back down, added liquidity as fees printed on volatility, sold everything off on a huge spike, then repositioned to swing the stock. A floor under the book capped losses if DJT fell further. Playback speed controls (including 0.25x) are under the replay.
Can you download the replay, and does that cost more KING?
Yes. After generate you can download a PNG or the full movie at any speed. Extra downloads do not cost more KING because the RPC work is already paid.
Is this the same as DLMM on Meteora (Solana)?
No. DLMM Clan covers DLMM liquidity provision on EVM chains such as Base and the Robinhood Chain. DLMM KING sits on SectorOne contracts. Meteora is a separate DLMM protocol on Solana.
